People talk about persons “meant to be” for each other. That’s fine and all, but as a video editor, when you find the perfect music track for your project, it makes you believe in destiny.
As I was editing the film of my globe-trotting couple, from last year, I actually didn’t have my usual arduous search of music. Early in the process, I found this beautiful track from Marie Hines about going through the journey of life with your lover.
It was a year full of lemons but we drank a lot of lemonade! Lots of tough business lessons and experiences. In spite of those experiences, the brightest highlight of the year was starting the vlog.
This is definitely one of the most epic Aperture Lane wedding films to date.
I mean we had no choice; when the groom enters on a horse, the couple commits epic wedding vows, we have a reception full of surprises and we almost die in the heat to capture it all, I saw no other alternative!

Here’s a quick peak at their day.
The photographer warned us; the MC warned us but we still weren’t ready for Pedram and Niki! This is one of the highest energy wedding receptions we’ve been a part of in a while. Pedram and Niki’s people really take the word “celebrate” seriously. Here’s a quick snap shot (that does not do any justice) of their story from this past weekend!
Ryan Walters, the founder and operator of Aperture Lane. Look forward to sharing great stories with you!
